II. Construction Solutions
To avoid yellowing at its source, here is a standardized and streamlined construction process:
- Stone Pretreatment: Loose white marble is sealed and protected beforehand. Dust and oil stains on the bonding surface are cleaned, and the surface is kept dry and clean.
- Adhesive Selection: Unsaturated resin adhesives, ordinary marble adhesives, and epoxy adhesives are abandoned in favor of KEEP CLEAR 510 zero-yellowing adhesive.
- Standardized Construction: Strictly mix the A and B components, apply the adhesive in thin layers, clean up excess adhesive promptly, and avoid strong light during construction.
- Curing and Maintenance: Curing is carried out at room temperature and constant temperature. After curing, polishing and maintenance are performed to enhance anti-aging properties.
