I. Industry Pain Points
Sintered slabs are high-density, non-porous, and have a smooth surface, making it a significant bonding challenge in the industry: the smooth surface results in poor adhesion of ordinary adhesives, leading to easy delamination; the brittleness of slabs makes adhesives prone to cracking and chipping due to insufficient toughness; ordinary marble adhesives are ineffective, yellow, and easily delaminate and break.
II. Construction Solutions
Based on the physical characteristics of slabs, we have optimized a simple and efficient construction process:
- Bonding Treatment: Lightly sand the bonding surface to remove the glaze layer, oil, and dust, improving adhesion.
- Special Adhesive: Use a modified slab-specific adhesive, suitable for high-density, non-porous slabs.
- Scientific Adhesive Application: Evenly mix components A and B, apply adhesive in dots and strips, fix with clamps, and leave expansion joints.
- Temperature Controlled Curing: Control the construction temperature; do not move the slab before curing; test the bonding strength upon completion.
III. Introduction to Our Specialized Products
Our modified high-strength sintered stone adhesive is specifically developed for 45° splicing of sintered stone and is compatible with all types of sintered stone.
Product Advantages
- Superior Adhesion: Modified molecular bonding ensures strength far exceeding industry standards;
- Flexible and Crack-Resistant: Buffers vibration and temperature differences, suitable for long-distance transportation, preventing joint cracking;
- Wide Temperature Range: Stable curing from -5℃ to 45℃, suitable for various global climates;
- Weather-Resistant and Durable: Waterproof and UV-resistant;
- Aesthetically Pleasing and Easy to Polish: Light-colored adhesive that doesn’t yellow easily, and the joints become invisible after polishing.
Suitable Applications: 45° splicing of sintered stone, kitchen and bathroom countertops, whole-house customization.
